I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

Estadia honesta, preço justo, porém o estacionamento está em reforma e tive um gasto a mais por isso! Poderiam ter avisado em algum campo de observações! Mas tirando isso, hotel bom, limpo e café da manhã farto!

Atendimento foi bom, estacionamento é pago e não menciona no anúncio (eu não vi), quarto com 3 tomadas uma tomada para entre as camas, wi-fi não tem informações sobre ele no quarto, banheiro sem janela e com exaustor quebrado, tv péssima não funciona canais, tem um ótimo ar condicionado, não tem ferro de passar no quarto, água é cobrada, café da manhã excelente tanto no atendimento quando na variedade.

Atendimento muito bom, próximo de tudo no centro de Belo Horizonte, café da manhã muito bom, com muitas variedades, a equipe muito educada e solícita. Uma ótima experiência. O que é digno de nota é que a região possui muitos mendigos e moradores de rua, o que passa uma sensação de insegurança, mas fora isso a hospedagem foi muito boa!

Sempre tive uma boa experiência, mas infelizmente dessa vez tive o azar de não conseguir vaga pra estacionar. Mas é um bom hotel! Porém só vou reservar novamente quando tiver certeza que vou poder chegar cedo e reservar uma vaga na garagem!
