Ok

Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

Atendimento muito bom, ótima localização. Hotel muito bom mais precisa de algumas manutenções. Área da piscina mesmo, a escada é de madeira está soltando toda. Precisando só de uma manutenção um cuidado.

Ótima localização, muito silencioso por ser no centro de BH, funcionários bem atenciosos, porém pecam no quesito limpeza, deixaram muito a desejar, o hotel pode ser o mais simples que for mas a limpeza tem que ser primordial, e as condições estéticas do hotel, precisando de uma reforma urgente.

O Hotel precisa de muito reparos. O quarto não é confortável, às paredes estavam descascando, enfim.. estrutura ruim. A localização é ótima.
