Péssimo

Hotel com condições básicas, nenhum luxo ou conforto. Travesseiro enorme e duro, impossível de dormir de tão desconfortável, tive que dobrar um casaco e dormir em cima dele pois com o travesseiro era impossível. Fui a uma viagem de negócios, tinha uma roupa específica para usar, levei meu ferro de passar que sempre usei, porem todas as tomadas eram 220v e precisei pegar o ferro do hotel emprestado. O ferro era super velho e as informações de temperatura dele apagados, foi só encostar o ferro na minha calça e ela estragou instantaneamente. Fiquei super chateada com a situação, e fui até a recepção reclamar desse acontecido e a única coisa que recebi de resposta foi que o gerente não estava e nem sabiam que dia estaria, e que eu poderia preencher um papelzinho de reclamação e colocar na caixa ao lado. Realmente um enorme descaso com o cliente!! Jamais volto e nem recomendo a ninguém.

Estadia razoável pelo preço em conta. Alguns pontos que nos incomodaram foram: - Cama barulhenta; - Sensor do cartão do quarto não estava destrancando a porta, demoramos alguns minutos para entrar; - Porta do banheiro sem tranca; - Recebi a toalha na recepção ao fazer check in, andei pelo estacionamento e hotel com ela na mão para chegar no quarto;
