They are redoing this property and it should be really nice but the condition it is in now it not great and they should really wait to rent rooms until it is fixed....

TV didn't work. hotel phone didnt work to call about TV. Weird smell from bathroom fan. no breakfast or lounge area meant small lobby was always crowded with people. Good news.. bed and pillows were comfy

Reserve online get there at 8:30pm they make us wait because rooms are dirty. We payed infull with a different credit card and they still charge my other credit card. What is that charging extra money. Not going there again. We went for construction contractor

The hotel is getting a remodel to become a Marriott. It was a solid place, but the garbages outside were overflowing, there was broken glass by the door, and the handle on the bathroom door was broken.

Hotel was old and smelled like cigarette smoke. Tried getting an invoice from the hotel, they will not provide because I booked online. Still no response from Hotels.com. As a business traveler, I would not use Hotels.com again. I have not used them in the past and will not use them in the future.

Unit 302 Needs blackout blinds that block the grocery store lights at night. Our room was lit up even though i had them as closed as possible. Just another typical run down motel experience. The place is falling apart and they still get customers, profits must be amazing

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a hotel in Bemidji Minnesota from 29Jul-31Jul. I knew I would not arrive the night of the 29th however, I was making a 19hr drive from Salt Lake City, Utah and wanted my room to be available to check in the next morning since I knew I would arrive before check-in hours. When I arrived around 10-1030 I was unable to check in because the Hotel Bemidji, which was booked through Expedia, marked me as a no-show and gave my room away without notification even though I checked in before their usual checkout hours and I was unable to get another room because they were completely booked. When speaking with the representative at the hotel, who had horrible customer service and acted as if I was an inconvenience, I was informed that only the manager could fix the issue and they wouldn’t be in until 1400. I, therefore, had to go to a different hotel and book a room. When I finally spoke to the manager, who also had horrible customer service, they said I’d have to talk to Expedia who does not accept cancellations even though I DID NOT CANCEL MY RESERVATION, the hotel did without warning or reason. It is one thing to cancel (knowing they’re still going to get paid a night for the reservation) but to be so unwilling to accept fault or resolve an issue is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, at least until it got better staff.

I’m not sure why, but the carpet in our room felt damp. In fact the whole room felt damp. We were told that the building has been bought by another hotel chain and is in the middle of transition. Things need to be updated. There was no breakfast of any kind, but the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great.

This property has alot of issues. They desperately need to update. There needs to be a facelift and they don't have enough employees on sta f f. A few. Examples-there was no clear information about room cleaning. I was told when asked that they don't clean rooms unless asked and. When. You leave. I requested my ro be cleaned at 8:30 am. I was told this would not be. A problem. The room. Was n ot cleaned. When asked if i ccould just get fresh linens later that evening i was told the laundry wasnt done and it took 2 hours before i got linens. I understand that this place willl be taken over by Marriott. I hope they can take better care of this place. Also the in room jacuzzi drain was broken. The jacuzzi in room is nice but needs tto be updated. Plus the ac vent is cery close to the bed.. it felt like the owners do not care about this place. Since they are selling it
