Bad service

Staff and hotel were just 5 star!

Hotel and staff were excellent, definitely recommend it to everyone, thank you so much👍👍👍

Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good as the face of the hotel. The room was ok and the area the hotel was in was ok. Would not stay here again unless there wasn't another option as there are too many options of other places to stay.

Very nice peaceful place beautiful property the service is outstanding employees are amazing people

Enjoyed staying at Le Casablanca! Well kept hotel. We tried their spa services (Hammam & message) for my husband and I. Truly amazing. Shout out to the ladies that worked miracles and magic during the services! Also, the bellman Ayoub is truly phenomenal. Great attitude and service! We had breakfast part of our stay. The setting outside was gorgeous. Only opportunity for improvement is the layout of cheeses and cold cuts had gnats all over … we inform the staff but didn’t change them out so we didn’t enjoy breakfast as much.
