Has shady occupants yelling f-bombs at guests and making paying customers uncomfortable. Front desk manager doesn’t care. Don’t stay anywhere south of Franklin.

It was a very nice stay and convenient to where I needed to go while staying in Bend, Oregon. The room was very clean. It was nice to have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker and small table and chairs to eat at or work from. Not a huge fan of the blow dryer (I have long hair and the smaller dryers my hair gets caught in the fan part of the blowdryer) but great that there was one. The latch lock broke on my door the last night there but there was back up chain lock which was helpful.

Very comfortable room and easy parking. Could hear the neighbors at 4 in the morning, but otherwise quiet. The restaurant across the parking lot has great breakfasts.

I was greeted by the hostess with a smile and very friendly manner. She was quick and efficient with check in and there was coffee in the lounge as well as dog treats. The hostess told me about the doggy area in front of the hotel which was lit up at night. I would definitely return as a single female traveling with my dog.

Reasonably priced basic motel
This is a very good budget / no frills motel, in a convenient location close to downtown Bend, shopping, dining, etc . I'd stay again as well as suggest it to friends and family.
