The hotel is clean and quiet. It’s nice to have hot tub in cold winter time. The location is close to shopping and dining. Breakfast is better then other hotels.

Not a lot of dairy free options for breakfast besides the dry breakfast and occasional sausage. Some days they have some things out and some days they decide to not bring them out — ex: no bagels the first day and last day we were there. The hot tub is small and can max fit 6-8 people comfortably. Staff and front desk are friendly and nice. We opted in for house cleaning every other day but never received it until we requested it, and even then, they only did the kitchen. The parking lot is huge and convenient using side doors when carrying large equipment. Staff seems new, but overall it appears well managed.

Beautiful hotel! Amazing room with kitchenetts for such reasonable price! Great breakfast. Outstanding customer service! Located by a beautiful park, with awesome running paths. Small things that make you feel welcome: relaxing teas by the elevator in the evening, flavourful fruit infused water on every floor. Just fantastic place to stay in.

The hotel was good. They need to work on their breakfast set up, as things ran out and yet there was no one to refill until someone asked. Also, they had an egg and pancake station ran by an employee, but no sign that said what it was or what they offered. If they work on that aspect, it would be a 5 star!

Stay was very nice but there was a $10 per night parking fee which is ridiculous for an unsecured hotel parking lot in Bend Oregon. Pet fee of $55 was a bit over the top too. Other than that the room was very nice, and the bed very comfortable.
