Very disappointing stay. An hour before checkout, housekeeping banged on our door over and over, even though we were well within our checkout time. It startled and upset my husband and I. This is my favorite place to stay when I come to Bend. The staff is always amazing and helpful with whatever is needed. The rooms are always impeccably clean and comfortable. Love that I can walk everywhere in just a few minutes to get delicious food, coffee, ice cream etc. or shop for pretty much anything I want or need. Everything is right there.

If you’re not there to see a concert you probably won’t be happy how loud it can be during a show. Also they charged us $20 a night for parking. Love the location and breakfast. Nice big rooms.

Exceptional Stay!

We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The breakfast was delicious; with new options each morning, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The location can't be beat, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants, float on the Deschutes, and didn't have to worry about parking or fighting traffic for the concert at Hayden- this hotel is right next to the venue. We will definitely be back!

The bed was quite comfy and the complimentary breakfast was well presented & yummy. Enjoyed the firepit area. So close to our room & what a great place to meet other guests! Being next door to Hayden Homes Amphitheatre completed our birthday weekend. A convenient easy walk to & from our concert.. Bonus was getting to hear Sound Checks which was the icing on the Cake!
What a great Big Rock firepit to meet up with other guests. The outdoor upholstered chair were very comfortable!
