This is a nice and quiet place with a stunning view of the Deschutes River above Farewell Bend Park. The staff is friendly and the accommodations are clean.

I stayed in a river view suite with a king bed. The suite was very spacious. I liked having the gas fireplace, the balcony, and toilet and 2nd sink areas separate from the shower/bath area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 - would stay here again.

The room was beyond our expectations. So roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable and the welcome drink upon arrival, the bottle of wine, and continental breakfast which were included gave extra value.

So comfortable! We have been on the road for two months and this is the best night of sleep. I believe we’ve had since we started the journey. Comfortable living room with fireplace spacious comfortable bed just all around wonderful. I would highly recommend this property.

On arrival we had been given a VIP upgrade - the room was excellent with lovely views from the 2 balconies - the bed was very comfortable & the sofa in the living area too. Staff were very nice & helpful. Breakfast was adequate - on the 2nd morning ran out of fruit but it was ok. My only negative feedback is they only have one trolly to take cases to the room & it has a wonky wheel so didn’t bother when checking. Overall was very pleased with our stay & wished we had an extra night there.

Pine Ridge was absolutely an incredible place to stay! I was there for 6 amazing nights. The Inn itself had a very "at home" feel to it. The rooms were very apartment like and spacious with separate bedroom and living room spaces. Beautiful bathroom with a large shower and jacuzzi. The staff was very helpful and friendly making my stay there that much better. One smidgen of a downside would be lack of hot water. I do like a nice hot shower, but the water temp never really got hot just a comfortable warm. Still, would definitely recommend Pine Ridge for a great place to stay!

I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is small and older but in a good way. It has charm with large rooms and having a fireplace was very nice. The location was good. The only thing that could have been better was the shower never got hot so it was like warm. I definitely would recommend this hotel And I would stay here again for sure.

We had a large room with a patio overlooking the river. Ginny at checkin was very nice and offered suggestions for dinner and site seeing on our way out of town. Both were spot on.

Good quality accommodation
Lovely accommodation and a nice touch to be offered a complimentary drink on arrival. As with many hotels in Oregon rooms are not serviced daily but this wasn't really an issue. There's no staff on duty after 8pm. An emergency number is provided but did worry about what would happen if you had a problem. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants and via the river the downtown area is a pleasant walk.

We brought our well trained dog along, having checked that they were pet friendly and made arrangements. I checked all available policies through Expedia AND their website and it only stated the animal limit and fees. However, during check inn the women at the front desk asked what I was going to do with our pup while we were out of the hotel as he is not allowed in the room alone. She asked if I was going to leave him in the car (it is too hot to safely do so), and added that it would be hard to find that they hold this policy by simply looking through their website. In fact, the pet policies do NOT state that the pets are not allowed to be left in the room. This is not standard and is not conducive to being a “pet friendly” hotel if patrons are not able to leave their dog while going to dinner or an other activity. If we did not have family outside of town, we would have had to find somewhere else to stay or cancel our plans for the night. This policy needs to be made clear at booking. Besides for this, we were unimpressed with our room as it had a notable unpleasant smell when we walked in and had more than 10 bugs in the bathroom at all times. Including dead ones on the counter. The air in the room did not work, which especially frustrating during wildfire season as having a cool breeze come in is not an option when the air quality is extremely dangerous due to the smoke.

Had to remind the front desk that we were VIP. Also got a call while we were at the concert saying we needed to switch rooms which did not happen because we were at a concert. Room did not have working air conditioning so we had a horrible night's sleep..

The staff here is so kind and helpful and make you feel like a special guest! The room was beautiful and even better than I expected. The views of the river were stunning and the experience here was so pleasant that I would come again! Very comfortable beds too!
