The staff were really nice. The rooms/facilities are dated and worn. The room came with one hanger and the ironing board was laying against the curtain and the wall since there wasn't even a spot to hang things. The shower/bathtub had seen better days and looked like I had attempted to install it.

Great value and location in Bend, OR

Good value, loved the pool and staff was pleasant. AC unit was a bit clanky and road noise is pretty loud through the night.

It's an okay place BUT, it's right off of hwy 97 so it's noisy, TV didn't work and continental breakfast was fake eggs, mediocre biscuits/gravy and lousy sausage patty. It's basically HALF of a continental breakfast with the cheapest food possible. So if you're a breakfast person, this ain't the place.

We liked that outside our door & window our view was the rocky, tree/bush lined hillside instead of the highway, that was a plus. We all felt very safe during our stay. The motel was conveniently located easy access to shopping and dining. It was great having the free breakfast available too. What we didn't like was that there was not a window that opened, the room smelt overwhelmingly like bleach when we arrived. We had to leave our room door open and allow it to air out for a couple of hours. Also, it was inconvenient that there was not a fan in the bathroom. Overall, we were pleased with our stay, and we would stay again.

Our room was nice, the bed comfortable. The 2nd morning of our 2 night stay, the bathroom sink light did not work, nor did 2 lights in the room. I forgot to report this when leaving. The breakfast was better on the Saturday morning than on Friday, which was very mediocre with super watery orange juice. However, I would probably stay here again.
