Loved the property, seemedold and it appeared mngt was prioritizing repairs and upkeep. Seemed as if room was not properly seen to previously, very clean but missing cups for coffee or water and one little trash can in bathroom. No chairs at all in room.

Our room was fully trashed. No housekepplyng. Found a white powder residue apparatus on the desk. Back door was unlocked. The bed was striped and pulled away from the wall. All towels were soiled. Found band aids stuck to the spa tub . Multiple garbage bags. Beer cans and a cell phone. I went to the front desk. Dude was rude AF. Offered me clean sheets and towels for 50%. The room was contaminated!!! Dude offered me a cancellation. I said yes. Yet I was still charged for 2 night. Because dude was so inept he didn't check us out. I spend 2-3 times more for a room to escape. Never never stay here! I booked this room 2 months prior. This should have never happened. Thankfully Fairfield inn in bend was able to accommodate us. At double the price. The room was clean the staff was wonderful. Do not stay at the Shiloh inn. EVER. I am calling the health department for a full investigation. This place is unsafe!

Check in went fine. Friendly staff. Got to our building and the stairs leading up to the room are threadbare, the carpet outside is very old & outside of our room 114, it definitely had some water damage, carpet is brown & gross. Card lock entry. Rooms are spacious. We were over looking the outdoor pool, i.e.duck pond. There is an indoor pool also. Went to put things away in the fridge and it was moldy and had an old ice cream box in the freezer. The fridge was warm, so we couldn't put our food away. Had to call the front desk to find out where the ice machine was, there are a few scattered through out the buildings, not one of them worked. Called the front desk again. They sent someone to Fred Meyers to get ice and brought us about 3 cups of ice, not nearly enough to put in a cooler for our food. It took about 15 minutes of running the water full blast in both sinks to get luke warm water. The last day we were there we couldn't get hot water in the shower at all. We had a dog with us, there were no poop bags at the dog stations, all were empty. This is minor,but the lighting in the room was awful. The lamp had a layer of grime on it I couldn't scape off. The beds were comfy & I chose to believe clean. Told the front desk about the mold in the fridge, someone was suppose to come and clean it, they didn't. We ended up cleaning it, and it finally got cold after the second day. We had baseball tournaments all weekend & had to time or energy to keep going to the desk.

Our room did not have any toiletries or towels; however, we knew they were busy, so they gave us some at the front desk. There was debris all over entrance area of the room. No elevator and we were supposed to have a lower level room. We had to park a distance away from our room.

The hotel was quite dirty and there were so many spiders in the room. There were not enough towels (2) for our family of 5 and more were never brought. The staff seemed overwhelmed and also not super motivated to make improvements or help with requests. If we could have swapped hotels we would have but everything else was booked for the holiday weekend

I usually don’t write reviews on anything but… We were here this past weekend and it was a mess. To their defense, they were full. But unfortunately our experience suffered because of it. We got there and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The carpet was dirty like it wasn’t vacuumed and the fridge was very dirty as well as every cupboard we opened. The toilet paper roll had zero paper on it upon arrival. We only had a sheet on our bed so we walked down and asked for a blanket. They said ohh no! We will make a note of it, I don’t know where any are. So first night with no blanket. We stayed 3 nights. Day 2 came, went down asked again. They said they would have a housekeeper bring one. Night came, no blanket. So we walked down again and asked. The man found one and we asked for a couple of towels. No towels. He gave us a few hand towels. And said housekeeping would bring us some. Long story short, we never got any towels and had 2 for 4 of us for 3 nights. The room the ice machine is in is so hot it wouldn’t make ice. The upside, was it was fairly affordable. There is a coffee machine, but there’s no coffee pods available there. We brought our own, but they weren’t the same as the coffee maker in the room. We wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience.

When we checked in they told us the maids had quit and they recommended we check our room. There were pubic hairs in the tub, no soap, towels, cups, carafe to coffee pot and missing pillow cases. We were promised a 50%discount for inconvenience as there were no other rooms available and Expedia had charged me.

I’ve stayed here many times now and will continue to come back. It’s a great bang for your buck. They are very short staffed right now though. The check in line was super long, but it was also a holiday weekend. We had one roll of TP, 2 towels and no tissues. The pool also had no towels. The staff is amazing and doing all they can though.

Terrible stay

There was not one person who checked in when we did that was not complaining to the front desk. We were there for Memorial day weekend & booked this room months in advance so we get there and our room was so incredibly dirty, no sheets on the bed, tub had a thick filthy ring around it, nightstands and headboard just filthy, also dirty towels were found outside the room as well as someone's room keys. We went to complain and there was 15+other people with the same complaints. The staff were friendly and shared that for over 700 rooms there's only two houskeepers. The entire experience was terrible plus they could not provide us with sheets as they said they did not have any. We tried to switch hotels but the cost due to the holiday was way too much. I hope the management of this property does better. There is so much potential for that property.

Shabby hotel. Very poor housekeeping and maintenance. Parts of our room were dirty, empty Kleenex box and incomplete coffee service plus a dirty coffee pot. One bed didn’t even have a blanket. At check in we were told that our room was bot cleaned and that they could not clean it. They also could not move us to another room. No apologies, no discounts offered... nothing!. Obviously i cant stay in a room that wasn't cleaned so i had to refuse the room. Very upset to say the least and will never go to a shilo again!

Our toilet was broken, we had to wait for it to get fixed for a couple of hours. We had no towels in our room, half a roll of toilet paper, Kleenex dispenser was empty. Carpet had not been vacuumed and the fridge was dirty inside.

Don’t stay here.

I stayed there years ago and it looks like nothing has been done since, including cleaning the place. Didn’t even have towels in the room. They said they needed to wash some but that was after I woke up in the morning to realize I had no bath towels. They later bragged about having washed and folded plenty. Go anywhere just about anywhere else.

DISGUSTING. This hotel was a nightmare. We got checked into a room that they hadn’t finished cleaning and the toilet looked like something from fear factor. New room wasn’t much better, thank god it was one night. Also, they don’t turn their hot tubs on so they’re ice cold 😂
