I would have liked to know ahead of time that the water heater was broken down and not working. I’m from out of town and had a bike race the next morning. I was planning on getting a shower the night before. But only cold water!! When I called to ask what’s up the night clerk said I’ll get to it after I give my kids their bath.I believe I shouldn’t have to pay full rate for this

They had nice snacks in the morning. Room was clean with exception of the very dirty carpet. Concrete sidewalk outside room very dirty, needed a good power wash. We heard the people above us walking around, seemed like all night. Didn’t take any photos.

The staff were nice, the room was clean but showering in the morning was an experience like I have never had at any hotel. The water literally shut off down to dribble as i was standing there with conditioner in my hair. I waited for a few minutes but when nothing changed i decided to rinse my hair in the sink. The water finally came back on about 10 minutes later. I understand the place is old but they have enough business to make some general updates throughout the years. If you like a 5 minute warm shower this place may not be for you.

Decent but noisy pipes and nothing plugged in.

Decent stay but all the electronics in the room were unplugged so I spent the first 15 minutes reconnecting the cable box, hdmi cords, lamps, etc. The pipes were fairly audible when other people were showering or whatever. I can’t give this 5 stars at $180 for a room but at $120 it would be 5 stars.

Tired old building. Just an average room. No staff in office at 7:20AM when breakfast was to be served.

The building needs some updating. Sliding glass door didnt lock. Birds were living in the wall. Other building maintenance issues needed addressed. Most of these are cosmetic. Room was clean. Maid service did a good job.
