Shopping and dining were a simple hop skip and jump away. The parkway was easily accessible which saved travel time to meetings. Stall was helpful and friendly. I will use this hotel anytime I have to stay a night in Bend Oregon.

Good stay overall. Check in process was extremely slow due to system or computer issues (I was told). There is not enough seating in the breakfast room during peak breakfast hours. Staff at check in and housekeeping were very friendly.

Low staffed, plumbing issues, saw placed in room not cleaned and the reason we stayed here, for the hot tub hours, were non existent. We were unable to use it at all but kept being told in a few min.

Wonderful place

I have been staying here every summer for the past 4 years. The front desk people and housekeepers are wonderful. I always have to have a bottom floor with a mini frig and microwave and they go out of their way to accommodate me.

They need to replace the carpets in the entire building. Apparently it used to be a hostel and every room had animals. My brother in law dropped some cheese on the carpet and when he used a white washrag to clean it up it came up black. Our stay was good other than the carpets and smell.

Pool area was nice, rooms were nice for the price of the room, but the mattress needs to be replaced to conform to todays style. It felt like a foundation, not a mattress. Time to upgrade.
