We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 kids during an intense heat wave. The AC was incredible, both in the lobby and the room. The pool, however, was less than 1 foot deep and full of debris, which was a little disappointing. The room was clean and well-maintained. Our older son slept downstairs on a pull-out couch (he is not a fan of pull-out couches, but enjoyed having his own bed) and our younger son fit with us in the upstairs bed. The bed was a little on the firm side but very comfortable. The power went out briefly during our stay, which was worrisome given the 38C weather, but it was back on by the time we returned from our day trip to Cascais. The location was unique. We got a lot of steps up and down the steep the cobblestone hills. There is also an iconic streetcar that passes by very near if you get tired of walking.

The staff were great and extremely helpful the location is excellent and the breakfast buffet is outstanding

No instructions for the room amenities. We didn’t know if the water was free and had to ring 5 times for someone to answer. We then found the seal for the water was already broken. When the person next to you in the bed moved the whole bed rocked. There was music playing outside until 11pm. Someone tried to get in our room at 5am. Had a very bad night sleep.

Very nice staff , one block from Avenida Liberdade, bar in the lobby with tv, parking on premise throughout an elevator or if you can find spot in front of hotel , you don’t pay for parking,

Clean quiet stylish and great location

Checked in late from an airport fiasco, but communication with host was excellent. They have wonderful security concierge at the front desk. He was amazing! Super helpful. Apartment was wonderful. Tonnes of space and lots of everything dishes pots and pans wise. Would stay there again for sure. Great location and super neighbourhood.

I was so disappointed the type of room we got The room we were given was far too small. The toilet was just one step away from the bed, and the doors would hit each other when opened. The air conditioning broke down for an entire night, and it was a real nightmare because we couldn't sleep. I strongly disagree with the way these rooms are presented, especially considering the very high price they charge.
