They don't keep your reservation when you arrive. They cancel themselves when you booked as pay at the property. My wife and daughter arrived in the evening. The reservation was cancelled. They had to find an alternative hotel in the night and that was also Treebo ( a nasty filthy cockroach democracy). Misery continued without any help from Treebo. Looked like this group is a scam.
