L’hôtel est récent, propre et beau. Il dispose d’une belle et grande piscine, qui semble par ailleurs très bien entretenue. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand balcon dont disposait notre chambre, ainsi que la vue sur le chemin de fer, la route principale, la ville et un peu de montagne au loin. Nous n’avons pas été embêtées par des nuisances sonores la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était également intéressant. Le boss Silva est top (!!!) et son équipe également, en plus de se rendre disponibles à tout moment (même s’ils pourraient être plus réactifs quand on les contacte via un site de réservation). L’emplacement reste correct : situé sur la route principale qui mène à Benguela centre en arrivant par Lobito / Luanda, ce qui est assez pratique si l’on arrive en bus (stop devant l’hôtel). Le centre de Benguela se trouve à moins de dix minutes en voiture. Quelques bémols tout de même : - Pas de téléphone dans les chambres pour contacter la réception. Si l’on n’a pas de ligne angolaise, il faut se déplacer en cas de besoin. - Le burger proposé en room service est très (trop) copieux, ce qui le rend difficile à manger et peut rebuter. - Le répertoire de taxis fiables pourrait être enrichi. Le contact que nous avons reçu semblait assez sollicité. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons vivement.

I had a fantastic stay at Flow Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and there were plenty of food options at the restaurant. The swimming pool was large, and the terrace had plenty of seats. I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your portable steamer so you won't need to pay for ironing services.

Optez pour un hôtel en ville pour visiter Benguel

J'ai été incité par les réseaux sociaux pour me rendre dans cet hôtel afin de visiter la ville de Benguela : - très mal desservi il se peut que vous cherchez un heetch pendant plus d'une demi heure - il n'y a rien autour alors venez avec votre cash car ils ne possèdent pas d'ATM - le plus décevant c'est qu'il faut payer pour faire repasser ses vêtements chaque pièce à son prix - le service de restauration est impeccable mais si il faut payer pour monter sois-même sa nourriture dans sa chambre

El hotel es nuevo y muy bueno, pero esta lejos de la ciudad. Y la zona es insegura. Además el transporte complicado. El personal de recepción se equivoco en la factura. Me cobro en principio una noche menos. Yo no.me había dado cuenta. Pero luego me la cobro a un precio superior al pactado con Expedia. Para la próxima vez seguro que elegiré un alojamiento en la ciudad. Aparte de estos problemillas, por lo demás todo bien

New, modern and good facilities

A new, modern and well-run hotel. Being new the hotel has a few small problems but you can forgive a lot when you see that the staff are trying to resolve them. Extremely comfortable bed, a very clean room, excellent air conditioning and a restaurant with helpful staff all made it a very pleasant stay. Much better than many other hotels in Angola. Light sleepers should note that there is some traffic noise from the highway on one side of the hotel, so that sleeping with the window/door open may be difficult.
