Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that heat was turned off in our room and it was 54 degrees when we walked in. Turned up the thermostat and nothing happened. Went to the front desk and staff member came to the room and showed us that there was a new heat pump for heating and cooling that had to be turned on. It heated the room fine but was very noisy when running. Tried to turn the fan to "low" but it seemed to run on "high" anyway.

To whom it may concern, Shortly after entering our room, we discovered the wi-fi was not working. We were unable to watch television and could not use or cellphones. The problem was reported to the front desk and it was not resolved during our stay. At breakfast, the omelets were semi-frozen and had to be microwaved. It was our first visit to this hotel and unfortunately, it will be our last. We have stayed at numerous Best Western hotels and have never issues.

Robert, who checked us in, was ever so pleasant! That's the only plus. The front door wouldn't close completely. It took my husband 3 to 4 slams to get it to securely close. The tub was so dirty. There were baby flies; We killed 3!! The bathroom doorknob was hanging so loose, I was afraid to close the door because I thought I would get locked in. Now let's move on to the continental breakfast...WOW! It was the worst I have ever seen! It was NOT stocked!!! They ran out of regular coffee, so I had to have decaf. Grrrr...the menu offered yogurt, but they were out! There were only a few bowls. My husband and I actually left and went to a diner. We paid $326 for ONE NIGHT through Expedia and we were appalled! For that amount of money I want nice accommodations with a great meal I took pictures, but do not see where to upload them. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody!
