Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay. Facilities were neat and clean, staff were friendly and knowledgeable and overall it was a very quiet location. Everything worked as it should. Many fine restaurants and shops are within walking. When I return to the Manchester area, I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable bed and room was big and very clean. Only problem was that I asked for a walk in shower for my husband and was told that the room had one but it had a tub instead . It was hard for him to get into and was slippery .

Despite construction immediately outside the hotel, the hotel grounds were well kept. The front desk attendant was polite, kind, and made checking in a wonderful experience. The room was clean and as expected.
