Extremely bad hotel policy, no AC, no fridge,...
I have made free cancellation booking which and had to cancel last minute due to death of close family member and hotel still charged me full price for all four nights I have booked with them. In 99,99% of hotels booking made via "free cancellation option" means that you can cancel your stay or make it shorter if you cancel it by 11-12am or you get charged for following night too (but not all of remaining nights!!!). This hotel policy is extremely unfriendly and have no understanding. I regret that I have to leave bad feedback but making business with company that have this way of behavior for me means supporting inhumanity. I will pass in huge loop this hotel from every other booking!

A Gem that is Close to Everything
The Parkhotel Krone and I have ‘been together’ through several decades of changes for both of us and while I am worse for wear, the Hotel has never been better. No one should subject themselves to Frankfurt’s frenzy when this gem is so close. Exceptional service; beautiful rooms; wonderful staff; and, undoubtedly the best regional restaurant on the much-lauded Bergstrasse. For a weekend treat or for a business stay, the Parkhotel Krone and the lovely town of Bensheim are the ideal choice. Nothing is amiss. You will have the best service and certainly the best dining in South Hesse. It’s an experience you cannot miss.

Great hotel for work or pleasure!
I use ParkHotel Krone for work trips. It is very friendly, clean and service is brilliant. I would definitely recommend it for work or pleasure. The town is lovely and the hotel is situated next to park with children's play area and mini golf. The staff cant do enough to help and the food, including breakfast is great (The Caesar salad with king prawns is amazing).

Ich wohnte in der „Princess-Suite“! Zustand des Zimmers war mäßig! Alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Aber noch gut in Schuss—-80er Jahre Standard: Teppichboden, Eiche dunkel, Kellenputz! 2.Tag -Kein Zimmerservice Auch auf Nachfrage keinerlei Lösung für Stech-Mückenplage im Zimmer. Kein Insektenspray erhältlich im Hotel!
