Muitas surpresas que superam a expectativa!
Excelentes instalações. Atendimento atencioso. Tudo o que precisamos foi providenciado. Serviço de valet eficiente, feito pela própria equipe da recepção. Café da manhã muito bom, com muita diversidade de alimentos. Hotel muito bem localizado, numa rua repleta de atrações e ótimos restaurantes. O ponto 3 do "Ciao" bus turístico fica a poucos metros. O restaurante do hotel é excelente e tem preços muito honestos.

Boa opção em Bento.
Excelente opção em Bento, perto de restaurantes. Além de restaurante no hotel, na entrada do complexo existe um restaurante mto bom. Café da manhã mto bom também, bem diversificado, com opção zero glúten e lactose. Quarto mto bom, porém pedimos cama de casal e juntaram duas de solteiro. Único detalhe é o estacionamento pago, R$30 por diária.

Bom! Mas pode melhorar
O hotel é novo, em ótimas condições, limpo. Café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade. Achei que o colchão, roupa de cama, toalhas de banho e amenities não correspondem ao hotel, deveriam melhorar. Os travesseiros são bem ruins, moles e baixos. Faltou água e copos na academia, não teve reposição. Treinei sem água na academia.

Hotel novo, grande e boa qualidade.. o quarto que ficamos era espaçoso e silencioso. Os 3 elevadores deram conta nos momentos de maior movimento: café da manhã e check out. Tanto o check in qto o check out foram rápidos. Espaço para café da manhã é muito grande e atendeu todos os turistas. A qualidade do café da manhã: pães, queijos poderiam ser melhores, mas atende a proposta de um hotel com um fluxo muito grande pessoas. A localização é excelente com opções de todos os tipos e preços, todos de rápido acesso, sem necessidade de transporte.
