Checked in around 6pm and the staff was nice, check in was quick and easy. The room for the most part was very outdated, but clean. The jacuzzi was outdated, barely any water pressure, took almost an hour to fill, one jet didnt even work. The bed was way too firm, we tossed and turned and left to go back home by 4am. Besides the uncomfortable bed, the noises through the walls of people coming in all hours of the night was horrible. When we were packed and ready to leave at 4am and went to make coffee, the inside of the water reservoir was dirty, with scaly water stains. I would not use this hotel again and grateful we live close by and next time we go to casino we will just drive home.

It was close to downtown,which is awesome and the water pressure and temperature was good, we had spiders in our 1st room but the manager on duty was very nice and gave us a new, better room. We didn’t get a chance to use pool or hot tub but it looked clean.

Nice for couples weekend
Hotel and rooms need some updating. Very outdated and some wear and tear. Breakfast was not great. Eggs were absolutely awful! Bed was comfortable. Need more pillows for a king bed. Jetted tub was nice addition. Nice for couple weekend getaway.

High rent price for filth
We took the train in, we had our bikes. No place to put them, we were told to put in our room. The room was filthy. I mean it was nasty. Cobwebs everywhere, i opened the desk drawer and my hand stuck to it, the headboard had dried and snudged gunk very visible. The bathroom had something splattered on the wall and lighting. The pool had not been cleaned in what had to have been at least a week or more, oil, hair and dirt swirled around the surface. The carpets were heavily stained and the shower did not drain well, the hot tub had special instructions to pull each jet to make it work but then it made a horrific noice the whole time. I was asked if they could make our stay better in any way in 3 separate texts. I let them know it was our anniversary. They didnt even respond with a congrats let alone do anything special. I felt very nervous to sleep there with it so dirty. I have picts but it wont open for me to share

No rest!
I had to wait almost an hour to get my reservation settled. The concierge was telling my payment was declined. I informed that it was not the case so, I spent some time with the virtual assistant of hotels.com. Then a manager finally said that it was already cleared from this morning. Finally got in the room and there was a weird odor, almost like mildew. I should have taken pictures but I didn’t I just needed to rest before the second concert I was performing that evening.

We did not stay at this hotel due to the condition of the room.The room was very worn down and very dirty.The bathroom had missing wall and baseboard tiles with surrounding mold.The person at the desk would not give us a refund having to go to another hotel and losing our money.Please advise how we can appeal this booking.
