This Bestern Western is our favorite Hotel in the Benton Harbor area. Friendly staff and absolutely the BEST hot breakfast make this a priority stay for us over the last several years!

I come hete often to Best Western to bring my grandaughters to swim in the winters months. We are a town over, we have many choices to choose from and have tried them all over the years and this Best Western is our favorite. The pool is warm, which is our reason for coming. The breakfast is good. The front desk people are very friendly! The hotel is clean. Varity of restaurants and shopping clise by. Not the fanciest or the newest but it works for us! We absolutely love it!!!

The staff was horrible. My husband has a hard time walking and they put us in the farthest wing. I ask if there was something closer and thy said no that I have to pay 70$ more. When I went online a closer room was only 2$ difference. That’s all she done was on her phone and ignored everything else. I asked if there were any spoons or forks and she said they were in the kitchen but when I got there there was nothing. She said she can’t help me. I’ll see how breakfast is tomorrow but the rudest behavior was done already. Would not recommend.

A nice place to stay
Great service! The people were friendly and helpful. The Saturday continental breakfast was very nice (bacon, eggs with onion and peppers, biscuits, yogurt, and plenty more)! The room was clean, though some of it showing wear (outlets worn to the point that they wouldn't hold onto a plug, headboard sections separating a bit). The shower barely had enough room to move, but water pressure and temperature were good, and the rest of the bathroom was spacious (far more than I'm used to seeing).
