Nice parking lot! Both staff members we interacted with were friendly. Everything seemed to be cleaned well. Room was nice. Bed was comfy. Tv took some time to get going but no biggie. Soaps in bathroom were not very good quality but that's why we usually bring our own. My husband and I used the hot tub. It was definitely warm in the pool area. We were going to use the pool but there was a family with 2 kids that spent alot of time in there. Which was there right. Not the hotels fault. But they were loud and it was later in the evening and all the splashing wasn't our thing 😆 The included free hot breakfast- the coffee was pretty weak....lol! We were going to fix us some breakfast, again not the hotels fault, but there were unsupervised kids in there coughing all around where the food was. Not covering their mouths or anything! These days, I am a germophobe!! I do not want or like to be sick (as I'm sure no one does!). I don't know how hotels can fix this issue but we see it far too many times!!

I had such a great stay here, I was only an overnight trip with friends. The beds were comfortable and clean, the whole room was nice! The front desk staff was great too, very friendly! The BEST part was the breakfast, the coffee was great but the biscuits and gravy was the all star!! I would 100% come back and also stay at other comfort hotels!

We were able to check in a bit early due to attending a wedding close to original check in time. Whole building seemed very clean and comfortable. Stadf were friendly. I, myself, had an allergic reaction to the chemicals used to clean the sheets which lead to a crappy nights sleep. Not the fault of the facility.

Nice but could use some attention
My wife and I stayed for a weekend away and wanted to be close to St Joe. The hotel is nice with many amenities and the staff is friendly. We had a suite with an in-room hot tub and living area. The furniture is comfortable and the bed was nice and clean. However, we did notice there was dark mildew on the bottom edge of the sheer curtains where the AC unit blows on them. There was some grime in the corners of the window sill too. Since we were on the bottom floor and we had the in-room tub, every time someone flushed the toilet near us, we could hear it loudly in the drain. The quality of the free coffee and breakfast offerings was very disappointing. Overall a nice place that could use a deep cleaning and better offerings for breakfast.
