The beds were so uncomfortable. Almost 200 a night. I do a lot of traveling. And I have never had a bedtime. Comfortable had a place that I paid that much.. Will never stay at a fairfield again.

The place was really nice. When you walk in it is very beautiful and well taken care of. The staff at the desk very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms we had were very nice. Breakfast was good my grandkids loved it.

The hotel was under renovation. Which made it hard to navigate to different areas. There was a lot of dust. Also surrounding the hotel there was a lot of construction large equipment just unsafe to me. The bed was a queen size small I paid for a king and extra for just the single king size bed. Hotel staff was not available or accommodating. To top it all off 50 days later I was charged out of nowhere a $20 reversal charge. It’s been two weeks and I’ve heard nothing nor have I got my money back. I wish I would’ve taken pictures.

Great alternative because the casino rooms were sold out! Nice getaway from Chicago. Near the expressway, but not really walkable to anywhere. Not far from downtown New Buffalo

There’s construction going on apparently, I walk in lobby to check in and there’s so much going on, workers talking loud and tools and no direction since the lobby is tore apart. I see the desk and walked over to it and stepped in thin set that they were using to place tiles RIGHT IN FRONT of the desk with no signage or workers anywhere near the area to warn about it. The lady DID NOT even say a word about any of it, not sorry about the mess and stepping in their materials, I just stood at the end of the desk after I tried to clean my shoe off and had to pass her my card. Still no acknowledgment of what was happening around us, just told us when breakfast is. We had to walk thru all the workers who didn’t even step aside or anything, then pass where breakfast will be the next morning, and every table was covered in thick dust from the construction since they aren’t doing anything to keep unused areas from getting filthy. Ptac cover in room hanging off, blue tape by vent in bathroom probably from punch list that didn’t get done since screw is hanging out of it. There was a spider dead laying in bathroom like it didn’t get cleaned or freshened before we got here. Brown lint or fuzz on the sheets. I could get past the little things in room, but not the customer service or lack there of
