Four Winds Hotel and Casino

Four Winds is an excellent site. The hotel is top notch and the Casino is too. All the personnel are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Sisters Getaway

Traveled with my two sisters for the first time to Four Winds New Buffalo. We had a great time. So much so that we are returning this month. The accommodations were excellent and the casino was well laid out with a variety of machines for everyone.i would say my only complaint was a lack of restaurant options for a good breakfast.

Nice but….

We had requested a non smoking room and the smell of smoke is so overwhelming it made us nauseous. This is also a non smoking casino so its not from that. Room 7153. The staff is rude especially the cocktail waitresses. I only received 1 drink out of the 4 I ordered. The buffet staff was wonderful. Very nice and a great meal. Our fridge did not work in the room. Overall very clean and nice but if you are going to have smoking rooms next to non smoking what is the point? No ventilation in rooms either. Very weak fan/ air system

I didn't like the smell of the casino floor area. The first thing you smell when you walk into the casino floor is it stunk like people just pissed on the carpet at the machines they were at so they wouldn't lose the game they were at. Hotel room smelled like dope smoking went on in the room prior to me entering the room. Everything else was great. Great concert. Very friendly staff.

Service and facilities were perfect for a senior couple with mobility problems. We don’t drive on expressways or long distances, but were able to getaway for an overnight stay at a reasonable price.
