Check in was Normal however the light above the sink was out and the toilet was almost impossible to flush. We didn’t attempt to shower until morning. No hot water. Worst part upon checkout telling hostess she said o we know and maintenance is working on. I’m flabbergasted. Poor mgmt practice.

Don't count on the free breakfast

It was a clean room. The afternoon/evening staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights, Thursday and Friday, and I chose this place because of the free breakfast. On the first morning, we went down to eat around 9am, and the food was gone. Egg pan and potatoes were empty, All that was left was sausage links that tasted spoiled. I asked the man that was standing there if they were bringing more food out and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "not sure". He then went outside to smoke. On the second morning all that was left were eggs that were very dry. This was around 9:30. Just truly disappointed.

They checked our room in to someone else before we even got there, then gave us the keys to that room and we were horrified to find that the people were in there! They gave us an “upgrade” that was a handicap room in poor dirty condition. Very unorganized, and uncomfortable.

Fire alarm!

Shortly after checking in the fire alarm sounded. Several guests went to the front desk. We were told someone had been vaping pot in their room. The shower in our room barely got lukewarm and just trickled out of the faucet. The toilet leaked; keeping the floor wet. There were spider webs between the wall and the bedside lamps. The area felt unsafe, with several people just sitting in their cars in the parking lot drinking. I wake up very early. I asked the desk clerk if she would make a fresh pot of coffee. She told me I would have to wait over an hour for the breakfast people to come in. It was just an all around bad experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Just do a little research and fixing stuff in the rooms like the water didn’t get hot enough the shower faucet was leaking the heat was coming on and off and was not working properly telephone was not working just a little minor issues
