Horrible, this hotel needs to be removed from your site. I had issues with cleanliness of first room they checked me in. Just for them to put me in another room that needed to be placed in a bio hazard bag. I walked into a bloodbath and when ask for refund after that experience, I was charged anyways. I contacted hotels.com DURING the event and was stalled then eventually told it was nothing anyone can do. To expect someone to sleep in a room with blood all over is just absurd.

Love the staff...they were awesome and informative too..
5 attempts to get a TV remote to work. Shower drain had a massive amount of hair in drain. Sketchy guy in back I had to keep walking by. He kept saying Aliens were chasing him. Hotel ran down. 1st time I have ever gave a bad review.

Roaches as well as dirty water left in the bathroom tub. Customer service was terrible as no one cared. I asked if they were ever treated this way and his response was he never stayed in a hotel room and!!! Terrible
Was very very dirty had to hange rooms because found bugs and dirty the next room 138 was no bugs but still not really clean but toughed it out 2 days the fridge was unplugged and not working great !
When we arrive I notice a gentleman smoking in the entrance… for my surprise was the attendant… then we notice homeless people seating outside de hotel, looks like the rent some rooms to them… upon the arrival to the room we notice a heavy nicotine smell… We run away for my family safety… cero stars for that place…
The finest person was extremely rude and completely unhelpful spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia customer service before finally get involved I had to drive across town to another hotel not happy at all
The room was rundown and dirty. Front desk was nice and friendly. Great location. Room smelled and the floor was sticky and dirty. Comforter was stained. Won't stay there again.
The room smelled bad. The floors were dirty. A small tube of toothpaste left behind indicated there wasn't even an attempt to clean the floors. One of the bath towels had a dirty foot print smudge in the
middle of the towel. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise which made it hard to sleep. The freezer had some kind of soupy, sticky mess inside. I shared some of my pictures with the attendant however, all she said was, "I'm sorry". We did not have a tv remote. I went down to the front desk and the attendant gave me one however, when I turned the tv on the screen displayed a message that there was no signal. We were all disgusted and disappointed with our stay.
Only interacted with people at check in, very fast easy efficient. Room was Clean tidy, & plenty of hot water for showers. Good Value for the area. The aesthetics of the exterior perimeter landscaping & grounds is a bit rough & not very inviting. But All OK

My wife and 5-month-old were planning to stay here overnight but we were turned off immediately by the appearance of the place. Also, it's supposed to be "smokefree", but our room reeked of cigarettes. I would suggest fresh a paint job and installing more lights around the building halls to make the place more appealing and less creepy.
