Hotel is clean and conveniently located. The morning staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was great. Staff at check in was not friendly, and we were unable to get two extra towels for our room (four people on the reservation, only two towels allowed at a time is what we were told)

The property manager, Zac (no “h” on the end according to staff), REFUSED to talk to me because I used a third party (Orbitz) non-refundable reservation. The manager literally hid in the office. I was so enraged that I almost went behind the desk and almost called the police. As a Marriott Bovoy member, I have never been so disrespected. This is because the staff and manager have ZERO accountability, in their minds, to reservations booked through an agency. I will NEVER use Marriott again. I will now always book Hilton.

Some parts of the hotel looked like they needed fixed. The couch bed was dirty, but the room was nice. Except the ceiling in the bathroom needed repaired. The pool was cold and the pool room was roasting. Some staff were friendly and others were rude. Free breakfast was convenient and it was a quick drive to Silver Beach. The stay was fine, but I don’t think we’ll be back.

Aiden at check in was very nice. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the television as there was no signal. We were told hotel maintenance staff was not available. We did attempt to reset the cable box without success.

My experience was almost so bad as to be funny. We had a significant number of service complaints which we took up with the manager. When I posted a negative online review, he literally ejected us from the stay, giving us thirty minutes to pack our bags. You can't make this up.

Great hotel

Super friendly hotel staff! Beautiful spacious rooms. We really only had two complaints but honestly it isn’t a reflection on the hotel. 1. The second night we stayed the fire alarm kept going off. It was annoying but again no reflection on the hotel. 2. There was a group of guests that were extremely rude, not just to us but to the hotel staff. Our last two mornings my husband and son went down for breakfast and only came back with coffee ss some of the guests acted as though they had never seen food before so they piled their multiple plates and left nothing for other guests, we had to go out to eat breakfast which wasn’t budgeted but not a big deal. We were appalled the way they spoke to the hotel staff and other guests. We will definitely be coming back again as BH is where I am from and we come back yearly to visit family.

I booked the handicap room with accessible shower. When I arrived to the hotel it was booked. How is that possible. The room shouldn’t have been available for me to book if it was occupied. Then they only have one handicap room with an accessible shower. When the patrons left. I was told the room was available. My family and I was there for a funeral. During the repast my husband and I had to switch rooms. When we arrive to the repast it was over. Just highly disappointed.
