Stayed here in October 2024 for 1 night. The bathroom floor had dirt piled up in the corners. The beds were way too firm, felt like I slept on a wooden board. The ceiling had a crack in it with some kind of pipe hanging out of it. Woke up to a spider on the pillow next to me. Front desk would not answer the phone and was not very friendly at check in. Will never stay here again.

The receptionist was disinterested and monosyllabic in response to our questions. Each time we went past the front desk she was on what appeared to sound like a personal call and made no eye contact. The man doing the breakfast was good and efficient. I found a very grubby, old cookie next to the bed. It was covered on hair and had obviously been there for some time

The room was not the cleanest. Housekeeping failed to remove what appeared to be a black lady’s sleep gown complete with soiled underwear. It was nasty and unsettling to see. Management should refund to me the cost for the one night stay.

Although there was construction everywhere the Hotel was clean, quiet, and still easily accessible. Quite possibly one of THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS EVER!!! Pool was a bit chilly but felt great after a hot trip. If I have to go back to Fayetteville Ar. I will definately stay at Best Western again. The breakfast was awesome too. Friendly staff to add to the experience.
