We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the European-style design and enjoyed the cozy lobby space. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect allowing you to walk everywhere.

Our corner room was so quiet! Even with a very full facility and a lively bar area, we never heard a peep. We enjoyed the architectural elements and sharp, urban look of the property. It was disconcerting to figure out that some of the outlets were only available for 3-prong plug-ins, as we don’t travel with items that have those. But having USB ports helped us out. The lighting was well-placed and easy to control. The staff throughout were unfailingly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We used valet parking and the enjoyed the ease of giving up and retrieving our vehicle. Our little dog was right at home as well. It was so close to all things walkable in this lovely town. We will stay again.

Hip place in downtown, close to town square. Sushi Restaurant was amazing. Some of best sushi and Japanese dishes I’ve had. Smaller rooms, but stylish and very comfortable.

I wish they had told me when I checked in that as a gold member I could either get 1000 bonus points or a $15 food and beverage credit because they had a nice coffee shop with pastries and they didn’t have complimentary coffee in the lobby, so I would’ve liked to have used my bonus to buy coffee in the mornings. I know they were under no obligation to tell me that, but I had never heard of that before so I would’ve appreciated knowing - I only found out when I checked out, when I asked about the lack of complimentary coffee - other than that, it’s a stylish, fun, kind of happening hotel with lots of areas to sit and people watch either with a drink or without!

Needed an earlier check in but could not get one because I booked through hotels.com. Said they could not accommodate a request for a room change but had I booked through Hilton, it wouldn’t have been a problem. At 3:30, room was still not available, but they were able to change the room then. Check in was 4. Nice that they were able to do it then; but why not at the first request? I had a meeting at 4 and did not have time to refresh beforehand. Room was also VERY small. Not ideal for business travelers. There is a fold down shelf at the end of the bed for a desk, but the chair doesn’t fit so you have to sit on the bed. You will see this in the pictures. There are common areas to work, but when I was there, they were jammed with people and very loud.

No microwave or coffee maker in the bedrooms was very disappointing. I have never been to a hotel that didn’t provide a microwave or coffee maker. Also didn’t like that there was no dedicated work station in the room. Staff is great and place is clean, but the room design was horrible.

Room was very nice; but...king bed was pushed ahainst wall meaning someone had to crawl over the bed to the other side. Shower was nice if a bit small (claustrophobic). Not a lot of closet space. No late night food options, no room service. This seemingly is a hotel for a shrt stay, 1-3 nights max.

Great location. Lobby is cool and unique. Only downside to the lobby is a very awkward front desk that is more like a kitchen island, but the front desk person was very nice and check-in was quick. The room itself is very small. I did not like the experience of the bed being up against the wall. If I were traveling solo it would have been fine. There was no hair dryer in room and unwrapped paper cups. There is no vending. We had to ask the front desk where to get bottled water and they gave us two room temp small bottles and told there was no ice available. There is no lobby area to pick up items you may need (toothpaste, or similar) like most hotels, but if we had asked they may have had them available. I’m glad we stayed, but I do not anticipate returning to this location.

The only issue that I didn’t realize is that there was no parking. A valet driver had to take the car for an additional $20 a day charge. The parking garage where he took the car was across the street! We could have parked there ourselves.

It's our new Motto...
Totally surprised by this hotel. Not that we had low expectations, but it exceeded our expectations. Great location to the downtown Bentonville area. Really modern decor and great restaurant/bar incorporated into it.
