Lovely, relaxing, staff very hospitable. Pool was lovely, food very drinks. Drinks were strong. 100% recommend

Great location and lots of charm. A warning for those who are less than steady getting in and out of a bathtub: our room had a shower over a tub with unusually high sides. The lack of hand grips made it challenging for a short person to get in and out safely. Other than that idiosyncrasy, all was fine with our stay.

No concerns with the facility or staff, however the room rate is advertised as including airport transportation and I was informed on arrival that the shuttle operates on a limited schedule so I would have to take a taxi (which, though a short drive, is a standard fare of 18 euros).

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Bar was great and location was excellent since it was at walking distance from essentially everything in town

The staff were very kind and helpful.

What a cool vibey high energy hotel. I knew nothing of Mama Shelter before staying at this property, but I'll definitely stay at other "Mama's" Great location close to everything and the buzz of the City, yet the rooms were quiet. Amenities: Great breakfast buffet. I should have included it for all days...next time. Fitness facilities: There are none. Come on Mama, get with the wellness program. Restaurant: Just hopping and buzzing at night, and cafe loungey during the day allowing you to do get some work done while listening to some great tunes. Staff: Friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Get hotel. Great stay!

I enjoyed my stay a lot.
