Very nice hotel & staff. Superb breakfast. The LARGEST bed pillow you will ever see. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy outside being in the city centre; late at night and early morning. No A/C meant having the window open which allowed for all the street noise. But would still recommend. Short walk from train station helped too.

Great Place

We stayed here after a Hurtigruten cruise. We walked to the hotel from the terminal even though it was a bit of a hike. We also walked to the train station after we checked out. It was very convenient to both. The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!

This property was pretty good. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. The reason I didn’t give it more stars is because the staff weren’t particularly friendly - in fact a couple staff at the front desk were quite rude. Also the rooms were a bit outdated but my kids liked the bunk beds in the family room.

It was difficult to sleep because of the street and bar noise on one side of the hotel. street noise does not quit until 3:30am. Had to open the window as the room would be too hot.

Short family trip at the Norge

Well located hotel, in the heart of Bergen. Staff were very helpful, cleanliness was perfect and the breakfast was very impressive. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Only thing to be aware of is that the pool is by appointment / booking and subject to a separate charge.

Great spacious rooms with good sofa bed size for 2 kids. Breakfast was exceptional, with so much choice. Only change i would suggest is having children's swimming on until 11am as currently only open for kids to swim 8 to 10am and we felt clashes with main breakfast times. Or have a 5-7pm slot too.

Professional Staff

We stayed for 5 nights but the room didn’t have a wardrobe and it hadn’t been cleaned halfway through our stay. On the plus side, the staff were extremely professional and friendly, the bar was excellent and the breakfast surpassed all expectations. The location is perfect and we would return.
