Although the room was small, the bathroom was fantastic, the sheets comfortable and overall pretty good. But the lobby, breakfast and staff were A+. Live piano music, excellent bar, lovely spot. Hotel has best possible location in Bergen. Overall - room is 4 out of 5 but hotel gets full 5 out of 5.

I booked the hotel for Christmas week prior to our cruise, and I was very happy with my selection. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was remarkably clean. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast has a large selection that will satisfy any palate.

The hotel is located in a great spot. It is walkable to a lot of food options and tourists areas. Breakfast was amazing. The bathroom was really small. Our room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is a little slice of heaven- from the welcoming staff to the perfectly appointed room! The breakfast this morning will be remembered for years- delicious food served in a stunning restaurant with the sounds of piano music filling the air!

An absolute gem of a hotel. An old bank turned into a luxury hotel. Grand and opulent without being stuffy. All of the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Delicious breakfast served under chandeliers to the sound of a piano player is the loveliest way to start the day. In the middle of beautiful Bergen right near the fish market. Rooms were spotless and beds squashy and comfortable. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay here. Had the loveliest time, highly recommended.
