Prime location next to the train station with excellent staff that was happy to help with anything! Enjoyed the breakfast and had a nice dinner at the bar and enjoyed excellent conversation with bar staff as well.

We loved our stay for many reasons! Every staff we encountered, from reception, bar to dinning were helpful, accommodating and friendly. The array of breakfast food was very satisfying. The hotel is centrally located and we walked to many points of interests and made our several-day stay fun and memorable!

Location, convenience.

Great place, excellent location for touring around Bergen. Staff are friendly. Best thing-Free clothes washer and dryer available. Very convenient when on an extended business trip.

Check in was very quick, the rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was amazing, biggest spread I’ve ever seen for breakfast. Excellent for the price we paid for a double room.

Friendly staff , the location of the hotel is very central, just 5mins walk to main public transportation ie Bergen central station, city Tram, and within walking distance to all major attractions. The buffet breakfast is good too , it offers a great selection of hot and cold breakfast.

I had a junior suite because I was traveling with my husband and son. The room was a nice size. But (and I didn't know this in advance) all junior suites are made to be handicap compliant. So, our shower was the kind you could wheel into (aka: water got everywhere) and the sink was low. Also, the room was dark and the bathroom was equally dark wtih no place to put toiletrie and no plug to put in a hair straightener. The towels were rough and the pillows were lumpy. Clearly this hotel was designed by a man!
