The hotel is 15 minute walk to Potsdamer Platz and also near a tube station nevertheless the area is b varied with striptease clubs, prostitutes high standards fashion designers and variate shows theatre. the hotel is basic and clean. The staff could’ve been a bit more cheerful and amiable.

Check-in was fast and easy. Breakfast was available, and looked plentiful. I opted to get a pastry and coffee on the way through the metro. Room was cleaned and beds made daily. Shampoo/shower gel was plentiful, and I was there for over 10 days. It was a 20-minute walk to the nearest train station, but we felt like citizens going to and fro every day. There was a bus stop nearby, if you prefer not to walk, but there is so much to look at on the wal, I recommend that!!

The property was extremely clean, with very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with good fresh produce. The location of the hotel (around 10 minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz station) is excellent for sightseers. It is close to Berlin zoo, the Brandenburg Gate and there are lots of museums close by too

The best thing about this place was Tatiana, she was friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The check in service after hours was terrible and not having a kettle to make a brew was a big thing for me.

Very clean, friendly enough staff that helped us when we arrived before our given check in time. Good having the 24 hrs check in facility and front entry door locks after a certain time and you use door code to enter which is great for peace of mind and security. City center is working walking distance but we scooted and took us around 8 mins. Will return again 😊
