Services not good and not kid friendly

We asked for a room not facing the lobby to avoid noise having a kid of 3 years and room was supposed to have king size bed. When arrived at the hotel the room was facing the lobby and the bed had two singles bed joined together which is not good when the kid sleep in your same bed and however not as per booking description . We asked for change and another room facing the lobby was given and it was smaller then the previous again not as per booking descriptio. At least this time the bed was king size.They also offer to change the room with a facing outside the day after but every time I asked they were full and no change was ever done.yet rooms facing the lobby you have no natural light as you always have to keep curtains closed unless you want everyone to look at you. Also you cannot open windows and have fresh air. Clean was good though we find a few paper clips on the floor and under the bed it was not clean. There were only towels for two people despite the booking was for 2 adults and a kid. Probably kids don’t count as we asked for additional towers which were given but every time there was the cleaning they were removed. Unfortunately our kid made a spot on the bed sheets the first night and the day after we put the marker asking them to be changed but once back in the hotel in the evening they were not. In general the hotel is nice even most of the rooms are facing the lobby but the service was not at the same level and didn’t look very kid friendly.

Housekeeping service was not good. The housekeeper didn't clean the room well, for example, they didn't clean the used cups/glasses in the room everyday, didn't keep refilling the daily coffee drinks and the necessary toilet paper/box tissue after we used up. Hope the management can pay attention to these and make improvements. Thank you!

I love Eurostars properties in general and this one set a new standard. The sauna and pool are lovely and clean. Breakfast buffet was a little spendy but made up for it with endless mimosas. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely, clean and comfortable room. The room felt homely as soon as you arrived. Great extras such as the welcome on the TV, the robe, a good hairdryer and the Christmas chocolates. Lots of great mirrors too.

Great hotel with a small pool. Spacious room. Would give it a 10/10 if there was a nespresso machine and 2 blankets instead of 1 for the double bed

The property was clean. Our room overlooked the lobby and it was loud. Housekeeping was fair--we never got enough towels for the 3 of us and had to get them from the desk each day.
