Good located hotel
Comfortable hotel with good location in Mitte, very close to tram/bus/U stations with many restaurants/bars options in short walking distance. Breakfast is very good and the service as well. We stayed in larger rooms (business) that were quiet (turning to the back of the building). Rooms, shower and toilette are clean, but very new. Large supermarket is next door which is very convenient, especially while travelling with kids

Very convenient for Friedrichstrasse area, with frequent public transport virtually outside the hotel. Very good breakfast, with plenty of choice and rooms very clean.

Location was excellent, public transport right outside, rooms were clean, aircon. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choice.24hr reception was great for when returning early hrs after watching football.

Service - the front desk was not clear what the room covers. Since we had a mini bar and complimentary bottle waters, the front desk did not let us know that the bottle waters were free, as a result we had to pay extra out of pocket.

In walking distance of all the main sites in Berlin. Spacious room with good wifi and tea/ coffee facilities. Air con works but is a bit noisy. Breakfast has lots of options and the food is tasty. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Only reason I dropped a star was the attempt to charge me extra at the end of my stay for having a quiet room. All was sorted out with no extra charge but not the best way to end what had been a lovely holiday.
