Pretty cute and clean hotel in a great location near major attractions. Very decent breakfast. However, the rooms are very small and we were required to pay additional’city taxes’ although our Expedia reservation explicitly said ‘all taxes and fees included’

The room is spacious and has a usable bathroom and separate toilet. Bedding is super comfortable. Windows that open if you wanted. Staff were outstanding and went out of their way to assist. Clean and functional

We stayed at the hotel for a stag do and it was ideal The rooms were good the staff helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent where you could order other food not on the buffet Service in the bar even when not busy was a touch slow but the staff were friendly Good value for money

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious but a little bit dated. The location of the hotel is very convenient, Alexanderplatz is a short walk and there are many excellent cafes and bakeries also within walking distance. Reception staff service was adequate. We would stay here again for the convenient location.

Great deal for comfortable and clean hotel in central location in Berlin. The breakfast was amazing! The immediate area is not nice/interesting but it is very easy, safe and quick to get anywhere you want to be. There is no common area to hang out in the lobby.

Great hotel in a great location close to Alexanderplatz. Easy to get to feom the airport by train. Let us check in 4 hours early which was great. Next door to a beer hall with outside area and ealking distance to a lot of main tourist attractions and bus tours. Good breakfast and staff were always really helpful. Highly recommended and would definitely book again

This was a good hotel and we especially liked the varied (and clearly marked) vegan food at the breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet for a city centre hotel. The location is excellent with very easy access to Alexanderplatz railway station (connections to the airport and S and U-bahns). There is also a tram which stops very near the hotel. The only improvement would be full blackout curtains. Overall, though, this was a very good hotel and would recommend!

Room was a little small, but beds very comfortable and shower excellent. Carpet stained in places (looked like bleach) but didn’t look dirty . Breakfast was a very good selection. Didn’t eat there other than the breakfast Inc in the tariff but has a couple of drinks in the bar and sat outside , staff very friendly in the bar. Reception staff polite , but not overly friendly . Asked for a late check out to 3pm due to late eve flight. I thought the extra €30 was reasonable. Overall we stayed 2 nights and it was about £110 with breakfast Inc so very reasonable . Close to lots of shops and places to eat and about a 30 min walk to the Brandenburg gate

The room was fairly small but adequate, the bathroom was very nice with a heated floor and rainfall shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is a short walk to the S-Bahn station and Alexander platz

The hotel is in a great location very near Alexanderplatz and lots of transport. The room was large and very quiet and the breakfast was excellent. The bar has a good wine selection. However, the staff were quite unhelpful when we reported several times that the TV in the room wasn't working. One person suggested we didn't know how to use the remote control (one was not working and the replacement we were given had no batteries). Eventually a technical guy was sent to repair something else. We told him about the TV and he found a fault that took him a while to fix. In the scale of things this was quite minor but made irritating by the condescending attitude of the reception staff.

Bland but good

Bland but good quality hotel. Locale can feel a little shady in the evening as a homeless soup kitchen is set up on Alexander Platz. But we didn’t have any trouble and there were police nearby too.
