Bathroom was not cleaned properly, room has no space for bags even though it’s for 3 people. Air conditioning did not work at all, the room was so hot and muggy every night. When we asked the front desk about it they said they’d send maintenance but nobody ever came. Would never stay here or recommend others do.

Very good experience regarding the hotel. I am not happy at all with booking it thru Expedia. Cancellation policy was awful, price was much higher and I did not get HILTON HONOR points. By all means consider the property for your visit to Berlin but book the room using the Hilton page.

They are operating while in construction. A lot of noise. Also some beds are sofa bed therefore uncomfortable, and the staff couldn’t care less when you complain.
