Woke us up at 09:55 and said we had to check out now even check out is 11:00. Had to get the framed poster ,thats on the table in the room, that clearly states check out is 11:00. Came back at 10:50 to remind us check out is 11:00.

PrisvĂ€rt hotellrum med gratis dryck och kapselmaskin för kaffe. Bra lĂ€ge nĂ€ra East Side Mall för shopping och mysiga kvarter i nĂ€rheten med cafeer och restauranger. FrĂ€scha rum. Öppnar entren samt rumsdörren med app i telefonen. SĂ„ se till att ha den laddad. Enda minuset Ă€r att det blir vĂ€ldigt varmt pĂ„ rummen under högsommaren och de Ă€r enbart utrustade med flĂ€kt. Allt som allt Ă€ndĂ„ ett vĂ€ldigt bra val.

The worst experience ever! We couldnt get into the hotel, hot water didnt work, heating didnt work and service was not there. DO NOT GO! Dont let the photos fool you. I have gone to many hotels and this was by far my worst experience ever!!!!

This is not a hotel!
Don't go here! It's not an hotel, it's more like apartments. No reception, no early checkin, no common area, no working areas, no atmosphere, no breakfast. Really horrible and completely misstated / oversold on the website / advertisement.
