Struttura molto centrale e comoda. Personale però completamente assente. È tutto automatico e non facilmente intuibile. Per il cambio e la pulizia degli asciugamani bisogna contattare ogni giorno la reception tramite il telefono della hall e rispondono da un altro hotel nelle vicinanze. Buono il refill gratuito dell'acqua nella reception e il deposito valigie. È comunque assurdo che all'interno della struttura non ci sia un addetto a cui poter chiedere anche una semplice informazione.

God beliggenhed. Vi boede på 5. Sal og fra dag 2 og resten af opholdet virkede elevatoren ikke! På vores værelse (501) kunne toilettet kun med besvær skylle ud - åbenbart var der noget med rørene for der lød boblelyde når vi bruge håndvasken. Morgenmad ok. Værelset rent men trappe mv. noget snusket.

Hotel is magnificent but not for business
Our Hotel accomodation is just for 3 night. There is no bed and towel changing as an free of charge. If you have a business trip, I' m not sure about long stay maybe 2 nights just for all. At least could be said if you need something please let us know or something like these kindness. Reception all are computer-based, there is no people at the reception.Maybe in summer times will change

Fint hotel med central beliggenhed
Fint lille hotel meget centralt placeret i gå-afstand til mange attraktioner. S-banegård og sporvogne næsten som nabo til hotellet. Hotellet har kun få skridt til Hackescher Markt med en masse restauranter (turistfælder :) ).

Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes kleines Zimmer. Die Einrichtung ist neu und alles war bestens. Die Lage ist auch wunderbar und super mit der S-Bahn zu erreichen.

El hotel en general muy bien , bien situado. La habitación está muy bien . Lo malo que no hacen limpieza diaria, estuvimos 4 días y no vinieron a hacerla nunca . Toallas justas para todos los días y el papel wc también
