The hotel was easy to find. It was within a 5 minute walk to the Savinyplatz S Bahn station. Check in was easy. The hotel was quiet. The room was cozy, beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower was small and the hand held shower head did not sit well in the holder on the wall. This meant that water would either aim out of the shower or towards a wall. If this is addressed and the shower curtains were replaced with a glass or plastic enclosement instead to give more space in the shower, that would make the experience a lot better. I would also suggest installing a sill to hold shower items within the shower.

Family of 5.
A family of 5, we stayed here for two nights as a base for us to explore the city. We had a family room. The hosts were really welcoming and fantastic throughout the stay. The room was great for our needs. It’s a 10 min walk to the zoological gardens so handily placed. Very good value for money which I would recommend.

It's a small family run hotel on the 4th floor (with a lift). It's a short tube ride to the mitte.

Terrible experience
It was horrible ! No one open the door until I able to called the staff ,was waiting outside around 20minutes ! Once I check in ,was told only 2 night are available ( my stay suppose to be 3 night ), owner said she will discuss with the other visitor ,see who needa move on the third day ,will keep me update,but no one inform me until last minutes ! Plus ,the first two night rent are cheaper ,but the owner insisted charging me totally amount divided by 3 ,this is not acceptable at all ! Also ,the third night I needa move to another hotel ,the price is higher than previous 2 night ,owner simply told me : "u must pay this amount for staying at the other hotel ." Furthermore , Hotel room decoration is not the same as the website,baby bed inside the room for no reason,even hangers inside closet are not the proper one. I would say I don't recomanded at all !

The pension was nice, if simple. Very clean and it felt very safe/private. Fairly far from the more interesting parts of the city, would be best for young families.

Very friendly service
The staff was extremely friendly. Parking was cheap but was on the street and hard to find a spot. Breakfast was good and decently priced. Rooms very clean, a bit small and needed minor repair. Bathroom was big. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Between Expedia/Hotels.com etc. the hotel suddenly overbooked and could not provide me a room. They already had a similarly located, similarly priced room lined up for me (a difficult arrangement given that the entire city was nearly sold out of rooms), and drove me over there. Great service in an unfortunate situation.

Homy, friendly, good locatiom
Friendly owner, Tania was very accomodating and helpful. Location was very good, close to subway, bus from airport yet still quiet. Facilities were good. Comfy and clean beds/ sheets at a reasonable price. Will book again this place. :)

We booked a room for 4. we got a room with 4 beds but it is not a room for a family. There was hardly a place to move. Not enough warm water to shower. The location is at the 4th floor of the building. No fridge in the room, a 14" CRT TV, No Air condition. the owners tried to help and were very nice. they Serve a basic tasty breakfast which worth the 18 Euro. I do not recommend this hotel for a family. We left after 1 night to a different place. location is 10min walk with kids from the train. there is a close supermarket.

Locatie was uitstekend. - Te weinig stopcontacten. - Stapelbed was wankel en kraakte bij iedere beweging. - Geen kasten dus geen opbergmogelijkheden. - Wordt geadverteerd met "ontbijt mogelijk" maar dit bleek niet het geval te zijn.
