Room was very clean , had everything we needed. It is pretty small, but we only needed it to spend a few nights while visiting Berlin. The room has a tea kettle, which was very nice. Would have had a great view but there were scaffolding installed on the building at the time we visited - late October 2024. it takes about 30 min to get to Museums. Metro station is very close, only one long block away. Overall good stay, but would stay close to Museums next time. Staff very friendly.

Location is very nice. Building is nice. However, our room had no view at all since the window was covered by some "add" in front of the property. The service was not very good. They only gave us water for the first day, they never delivered some towels we requested and they staff at the lobby was not friendly at all.

My complain about customer services team was unprofessional and rud I arrived with confirmation from expida it was one room two travel with breakfast the reception person told me the breakfast only for one person and the way he talked to me it was miserable he fight with keep seeing I can’t do any thing i follow invoice my system and when I ask to speak the manager he find another person more selfish than him rud than him he is answer was go complain to expida not to me . That was my experience in you hotel . I arrived Sunday night at 7.00pm and a check out Monday morning

Fantastic hotel in a great location, lovely restaurants nearby and shopping. Easy transport links. Breakfast at the hotel was superb and the room clean, quiet and well decorated. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot fault our stay and would definitely return.
