A lovely property with helpful staff. Clean rooms and a good range of food for the continental breakfast buffet though the hot food selection is quite limited. The hotel is well situated to walk to the main tourist attractions within about 25 mins.

A little gem in the heart of Berlin
Everything about our stay was superb! Our room was ready even though we arrived early. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Room was spotless, perfect for weekend in Berlin. Fantastic location too.

Great Hotel!
This hotel was in a fantastic location. So close to transportation and walking distance to so many locations. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room we had was very clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Enjoyable stay but some services are lacking
The room itself was nice. Comfortable beds, quiet, plenty towels and soap etc. The staff were okay but no special effort was made to make us feel welcome. It felt like we were staying in a Premier Inn and were just another number. The breakfast was very limited yet expensive, and it felt as if we were actively encouraged not to eat there. Similarly the drinks were very expensive and I did not see one person drinking there during our stay- and no one wants to drink in an empty bar. The roof top bar was closed. There was no room service, which was disappointing. That said, the location of the hotel was excellent and everything was nice and clean with great cleaning staff and we were comfortable in our room. Despite my comments if issues that could be improved, I would consider staying at the hotel again. I think I just felt that for the price paid it may have been more appropriate to include breakfast and I think room service should also be available.

Nice bed and large bathroom (although the bathroom lighting is terrible). Enjoyed the rooftop bar. Convenient for exploring the city - and love the vibrant square full of shopping and restaurants right around the corner. Staff was helpful.

The hotel was amazing from start to finish. Staff were very helpful upon arrival. The area surrounding it is a stones throw from a train station, equally only a 10-15min walk to Alexanderplatz. A short walk from the hotel is the river and lots of cafes/bars/restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop bar which was a hit. Ideal lcoation for a short break!

Great Location Wonderful neighborhood with lots of places to explore. Starbucks around the corner. We lucked out with markets on Thursday and Sat! Rooms are dark, black walls, dim lighting. No wash clothes. Bath products great, beds comfy, nice linens. You can get dropped off right in front despite the 3 sets of trolley tracks. Not noisy despite the trolley stops out front. Would stay again

It is my second time there and I will be back! It is a modern hotel that is very well configured to supply what you need electronically for connections, etc. and also has a very ergonomic organization to the light switches and there is plenty of room for organizing if you have a fair amount of clothes, etc. The tub was a nice park. The staff is nice, chill, and cool.

So central and close to many spots like Alexander Platz, the TV tower (Fernsehturm), Berlin Cathedral etc. Only one direct S-bahn train to the airport - super easy. Staff were great! They extended our check out by 1 hour and luggage storage is free. Definitely will recommend.
