Great city hotel with a local location.

Great room and space with the benefit of using the Executive Lounge. Location is quite but all you need locally and within 10mins to Kudamm.

The location was walkable to my friend's apartment. The breakfast every morning was spectacular!! The rooms were quiet, clean, modern, the bedding I absolutely loved and took a picture of the label to hopefully buy a comforter:). The only odd thing was not all the staff spoke English--forward facing staff like the front desk and restaurant--even simple stuff like can I take a roll to go LOL

In my opinion Executive benefits did not work. After my meeting with the manager the staff brought - one salad, one meat and french fries. Thats all. Only breakfast was perfect... so do not waste your money for more expensive rooms in this hotel. The staff was not helpful. I felt unwelcomed. (Nearly no amenities in the room. In the double suite - 1 toothbrush , 1 shower cup- shame. Dirty carpet.

Great property. Wonderful breakfast and very central. The staff cares, but the owners appear not to. Broken elevator during the entire four night stay. Non functioning WiFi and room AC that is non-functioning. Staff was apologetic, and friendly. It appears the ownership is detached. If they fix these simple issues, I will highly recommend this hotel.

Tower Suite Large, spacious, beautiful, stylish and clean. The business lounge Lounge Access is not satisfactory at all. The meal is very poor. The mini bar in the suite is free but only has soft drinks. Overall, worth the price.

Excellent location with helpful staff and wonderful breakfast choices. We used the cities E Bikes to travel for our sight seeing locations and there were plenty of restaurants in the local area. 30 minute taxi ride from the airport

Really quiet part of Berlin and fairly close to the HBF. Lots of eating places and couple of supermarkets close by. Felt safe here. Hotel room is spacious, great shower and breakfast.

Nice breakfast. We experienced an issue with bedding. Double bed was just two single beds. Most problem with small single blankets. The size is for teenagers and not for adults. And for double bed - two separate small blankets. This is very inconvenient. Another issue is single elevator for huge size hotel.

A good stay at the Hyperion

The Hyperion is nicely located away from the main streets and therefore a little quieter, yet close enough to city and public transport links to get where you need. It's a comfortable hotel and well appointed for a competitive price when compared to other hotels in slightly more central locations. Staff are always extremely pleasant and helpful.

We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. We had one of the inner facing business rooms on the fifth floor. Our dog was able to make it through the fireworks in Berlin for the first time without hyperventilating and shivering himself into throwing up. We are so grateful. Our newborn was well accommodated with a baby bed and the dog fee of 25€ a night go us a dedicated dog bed, can of dog food, some treats, and water and food bowls. It was a really enjoyable trip and we also managed to keep everyone rested and mostly relaxed through the loud fireworks. If braving the new year celebrations with a pup or baby, highly recommend bringing a sound machine, lots of extra dog treats and getting the walks in earlier in the day before the fireworks start going more frequently in the early evening.
