Great location next to the train station and only minutes to Reichstag and other primary attractions. Rooms are on the small side so upgrade if you can. We had real issues whilst there with the lifts. One evening all three were out of actions. People having to walk up to 9th floor!! One lift out of action for the whole 5 days of our visit.

This is such an amazing find in Mitte! Great hotel - amenities, room, comfort, location, cleanliness, staff! Almost difficult to believe, after my other stays. I have noted it for my future stays as they have locations all over Europe.

The AC wasn’t working and so the room was extremely hot. I opened a window but moving the curtains brought so much dust into the room and on my open luggage. And it didn’t make a difference in terms of heat. The housekeeping staff kept knocking my door before check-out. I still had 10 minutes left so there was no need to be this persistent. Better to give space and let guests wrap up before they have to leave.
