Great Atmosphere

since my flight at BER got canceled I stayed at this great little Hotel with a great atmosphere, again! The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the coffee outstanding.

A very nice hotel with nice rooms and a great breakfast. Convenient to the airport. However, check in was an issue. It ends at 11 with no option for late check in. For people coming in late flights, this is very inconvenient. My flight landed at 10:25 and I barely made it to check in. No one answered the phone when I called and no one answered my messages in the app. This is a poor experience for Expedia users. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and out in person, but it would have saved me a lot of stress if Incould have communicated with them and had an option in case I was delayed passed 11.

My room was messed up. When I open the door I found a half undressed woman inside. Luckily there was no harm to any of us and I quickly was moved to the new room. Breakfast is ok and convenient a specially the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

It is a great place to stay if your not looking for a huge room, we just used it as a place to lay our head at night, it was reasonably priced, train station across the road, an excellent little food truck across the road with great food at reasonable price,it was clean, the staff was very helpful, there is a small grocery store 5 minute walk away for snacks

I would not stay at that hotel again. 2 positive points: the breakfast buffet was very good, and the S-Bahn train station is right across the street, very convenient. Our "Deluxe Room" was not so deluxe. No luggage rack, suitcases have to stay on the floor. For us not convenient. And no place to put your clothes. There was a rollaway bed in our room for some reason, so that we couldn't open the window. The hallway was somewhat smelly. Overall we were very disappointed, considering the price we paid for the night.

Nice Hotel.

Overnight stop for the airport. Nearest Hotel to the train station, 1 minute walk. Big clean rooms. Good for an early morning flight.
