Although we were initially flustered by the humanless check-in, facilitated by the employees at the adjacent coffee shop, we had a fantastic hotel experience here. We had a very spacious corner room with a view of the Berlin TV tower, and the neighborhood is very walkable with some great restaurants and cultural sites. The coffee in the shop downstairs was terrific, the rain shower in the room relaxing, and the free laundry facilities convenient. Highly recommend!

What a great place! Large rooms and great view. We loved it! The cafe was wonderful and the people too! Lots of other food options nearby. The sink for the bathroom and shower are a bit oddly placed, but not a big deal. We would stay there again!

It was good, room nice but nothing to be able to cook which was the main reason to get a kitchenette. No coffee or cream. What bothered me most is that we put the do not disturb sign at the door when we went out because I do not like people in my room but the housekeeper had the nerve to remove the signs and get inside my room to clean it. I know is her job but if I put a sign to not disturb means I do NOT want anyone there.

The room was nice and it did get cleaned on the second day. Fyi, i never saw a staff person. I checked myself in, at a computer at the front desk. No staff. I scanned my own keycard. I checked out online and again never saw any staff. There was staff in the restaurant but i did not go there.

Loved the kitchenette. Not located in the best area. Do not follow GPS may take you a shorter way but took us under the overpass where the homeless were. Not the best first impression.

Room was great. the shower has glass doors and is within the living room. Depending on who you are traveling with, this maybe great or not. Free laundry but the machines are the high energy efficiency household style (not commercial) and so takes over an hour to wash.

pierwszy raz miałem okazję zameldować się w hotelu bez udziału jakiejkolwiek osoby. Nie istnieje tu coś takiego jak zwyczajowa recepcja, człowiek od początku do końca sam się melduje i wymeldowuje używając do tego celu wyłącznie swojego telefonu, i tym samym telefonem odblokowuje drzwi do pokoju. Pokój przestronny, nowoczesny, super widok na wieżę telewizyjną. Do Alexander Platz 3 minuty spacerem, super miejsce na zwiedzanie Berlina na piechotę. Blisko do dworca kolejowego i przystanków autobusowych. Dwie rzeczy do poprawy: materac + poduszki oraz bardzo niestabilne wifi, poza tym 10/10, bardzo chętnie powrócę tu przy kolejnym wyjeździe do Berlina
