The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and it was very convenient having the café and restaurant/bar on the same property. Only issue we had was the door to the balcony was not connected to the top hinge and was close to falling off. Overall would recommend and stay here again!

We had lovely stay in Room 408, very comfortable and with everything we needed. The balcony was a definite plus. The staff were very helpful with taking care of our luggage so we could explore a little more of Berlin after checking out.

Absolutely loved this place! Check in was all done by phone with electronic keys being activated on the app. Same with check-out, which was very easy. The apartment itself was wonderful and had everything we needed. Modern, clean, and very comfortable. The drinks in the bar were fantastic, the bagels in the cafe were equally good, and all of the staff were lovely! We walked all around Berlin from here. Lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby.

Our stay at the Lux 11 hotel in Berlin was great. The staff were very helpful and they have a nice restaurant in the hotel as well. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Berlin. We will gladly stay here again if we are in the area.

Adorable. Efficient checkin and out. Cute cafe open for coffees breakfast foods and other needs or desires. Their room service was delicious. My oatmilk cappuccino was perfect. Very personable staff. The hotel restaurant is also delicious and trendy with fun and top notch wait staff! There seems to be a few kinks with electrical but otherwise charming and a great location!!!

We stayed in the Corner room and it was huge and well worth it. The shower was lovely as well. The hotel is very centrally located and has a very cool vibe. I'm quite picky when it comes to hotels, so when I rate if 5 stars, this hotel is really a good one!
