Our stay was okay. Staff were not friendly, room was not cleaned well during our stay. They advertise laundry facilities but they are closed on the weekend, so we were not allowed to wash our clothes which was disappointing.

The staff was very helpful, really nice people who did a lot. The second floor had a strong cleaning solution smell that would hit me when the elevator doors would open, and then again when I entered my room. It didn't bother me once I got used to it after a few minutes, but each day when I left and returned, I had to readjust. That was unfortunate.

We had a nice stay at the Maritim Pro Arte Hotel. Very conveniently located near the sights and to the metro and train station. Clean, safe area, larger hotel. Bathtub in bathroom. The breakfast cost was a little high (24 euros pp) however there are other places nearby you can go to eat. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice contemporary hotel in excellent location. However, frustrating financial policies. Having arrived 2 hours before official check in I was informed my room was available but would be charged additional €20 if I wanted to access it immediately. Gym and sauna facilities (both poor) were additional €5 per day for access. Air conditioning and room cleaning also not to expected standards

The only thing that was my problem is the /C for the rooms. It was very low had to open the windows. I worked with it, everything was great dining close to attractions the facility is clean room clean. It was good!

The receptionist were amazing, super helpful and nice. I would stay at this hotel again in the future. The location was perfect to walk around the city and kinda in the middle of all of the history.
