Det var et skønt ophold. Hotellet ligger centralt for alt - det betyder dog også lidt meget larm, vinduerne er ikke så lydtætte. Men smuk udsigt over floden - og dejligt med Level adgang, det var luksus, med mange lækre ting og venligt personale

AC seem to go on and off which was frustrated. They charged us €30 to check in around 1:00 pm when the room was ready. Other than that the location was good and room was decent

Great location but had issues

This is an average hotel in a great location. I had a few issues, namely no wifi in my room and it took a while for them to switch me to another room. The second room smelled a bit like smoke and the AC wasn't working at first.

Location of this hotel is good, walking distance to many main sites. The hotel it’s okay, very basic accommodations, carpet in rooms and hallways are stained and don’t look clean. Breakfast buffet is good, sign up for be Melia membership and you’ll get a 2-for-1 discount regular price is 28 Euro p/person. We experienced an issue with our A/C and was fixed in a timely manner. Check in was smooth and Tamara in the reception was very helpful and friendly. On the other hand, the concierge was rude and didn’t seem interested in assisting us. We were standing in front of his booth for a while and didn’t talk or even asked if we needed help, until we asked if there was anyone who can help us, and when I asked if he spoke English he said “sometimes” like he was bothered he had to speak English. I’m not sure if I’ll choose to stay at Melia if I visit Berlin again. I’ll probably stay in a different area of Berlin.

Great hotel and staff, only let down was the A/C in the rooms. Swapped rooms thinking it was my room but the new room was no better. They upgraded me to a higher floor so I could open the windows which helped a bit but then the noise from the street was a bit much.
